Opportunity

Within the Growth team, we identified a strategic opportunity focused on a specific audience: students from other educational institutions. Many students were transferring universities in search of higher-quality education and a more modern learning platform. We immersed ourselves in this audience to understand the pain points in their transfer journey and to identify business opportunities focused on acquiring qualified leads.

Discovery

In addition to an initial research phase, we spoke with students to follow their questions and frustrations. By mapping their journey, we noticed that the biggest barrier was uncertainty: “Which courses will be accepted from my previous institution?” and “How much time will I still need to graduate?”
Internally, we also found a slow and unclear process for supporting incoming transfer students.
